Constructed of bronze, the obverse consisting of a circular medallion, overlaid by a central letter V, situated within a laurel wreath joined together by a mobile swastika, all presented on a pebbled background, the reverse bearing an inscription of VICTORIA, topped by an eyelet for suspension, unmarked, measuring 30 mm in diameter, an unusual patriotic pendant in extremely fine condition.
