Here we have a classic example of maritime folk art: Ships in a bottle! These are always very interesting, as the ships themselves must be designed to fit into the small opening of the bottle, and then are unfolded INSIDE the bottle. All of the positioning and such must be done through the bottle opening, and is a long tedious process, so even simple scenes such as this are a significant time commitment. The two vessels
