They have a fabric open toe upper and Slingback in pale blue and red stripes. They are gathered in the center of the upper, and have red string ties coming from the slingback that wrap and tie around the ankle. Made in France and in excellent condition with some scuffs on the soles from normal wear and needs new heel tips. Estimated size 7. HEEL: 3. 5" OUTER BALL WIDTH: 3"
