This is a great set of original WWII Airborne paratrooper relics recovered at Normandy, France. They include 17 Parachute hook fragments and the heavily oxidized bowl of a Mess kit. We were told these items came from the site, but we have no paperwork or provenance to back this up. There are seventeen different parachute hooks & hook fragments. Some of the hooks retains some rigging, but most are just the heavily
