These are all brass covered in leather on the barrels, maker marked ROSS LONDON on the eyepieces and dated 1899. There is also serial number 9755 stamped over the "ROSS" and on the inside of each sun shade. These are adjustable by a central winding wheel which extends the eye pieces.
