This is a very nice example of the typical German WW2 Army Officer dagger with belt hanger, made by the famous Solingen based firm of Weyersberg Kirschbaum & Co. The pommel of this dagger is in very nice condition, showing a little wear around the rim but nothing bad, and still shows some of the original zinc plating. The standing oak leaves and acorns are crisply detailed and have good black backgrounds. The
