The dress has a high neck and we love that the back is completely open to the waist with a beautiful ruffled trim. This rare vintage dress has long sleeves with ruffled cuffs and is a midi length with slits on the sides. There is an attached sash on the back of the waist that can be worn as a belt or looped together in the back to create a bow. We've also shown
