This 1943 dated example is offered in excellent condition with 99% of the fur intact

and the butt stock spine has rack number 64 stamped

Attached to that sweatband is a simply beautiful white silk liner

and helped with the surrender of German forces in Italy in 1945

The telescope is marked on the smallest barrel by the eye piece with the owner's name and regiment:

Made prior to WWII, this is a black painted steel French "Adrian" style helmet, with a Civil Defense badge attached to the front. These helmets were issued before, during and after the fall of Belgium in 1940 to the NSDAPs. The helmet is in very good condition, with great paint, and an original liner and chin strap, which show little to no use. This looks to be a helmet that was not really "issued" during wartime,
