A large national flag, constructed of a red cotton cloth base with machine stitched reinforcements throughout the edges, overlaid by double sided white cotton discs measuring 70 cm in diameter, in turn bearing dyed black mobile swastikas, with both discs sitting just off centre in regulation format, the hoist edge with an additional layer of white cotton cloth featuring a hollow channel for the addition of a hoist apparatus, also
