This is an original stone lithographic printing block (extremely heavy) used to print in a French magazine and probably dating from the late 1800s/early 1900s

with lovely fruit and vegetable detail on the spoons and the  "kings pattern" on the handles

Made popular by the Shakers arrival in America in the 18th century, these beautiful handcrafted boxes were used to store tea, grains, spices buttons and paint pigments.
