Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, consisting of a Shamrock Cross, the obverse with a central combined monogram of King Wilhelm II and Queen Charlotte, the reverse with a central institution date of 1916, unmarked, measuring 40. 40 mm (w) x 45. 01 mm (h), weighing 13. 5 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in better
