It is decorated with a vintage clown face which i hand painted, it has colourful pom pom hair and long eyelashes. The clown is wearing a handmade glittered mini top hat decorated with hand painted icing, colourful "100's & 1000's" beads and a cherry. This is a one of a kind, statement hat with a white wire frame decorated with white carousel horses i hand moulded and glittered stars.
