Our chain binder meet DOT specifications, the size, working load limit and breaking strength are stamped on the handle of the binder. The entire assembly is powder coated. 5 16" 3 8" To be used with 5 16" Grade 70 or 3 8" Grade 70 Chain. The working load limit is 7,100 pounds. Each unit weighs 11 pounds. 3 8" 1 2"
