The original single ring metal baskets have leather lacing and the metal is in the shape of a six point flower

but the Canvas shoulder strap has been rigged as a nice handle

then steam bent into this traditional snowshoe shape

they have metal ski bindings

The leather is still very supple and the original laces are intact. The carrying case shows some signs of its age, rust on the lock and handle. Inside, the case looks fresh. The wood wheels on the skates are minty. The leather is soft. The included wrench and table vice are still inside.
