Founder Mario Paoluzi has teamed up with Etna guru Salvo Foti and I Vigneri, the local vineyard workers who tend the ancient albarello vines and volcanic terracing. The Etna Rosso 'Pistus' (mostly Nerello Mascalese) comes from Etna's north slope,
