The upright pods are 7 8" long, slightly crinkled vegetables is excellent for deep frying and stir fries. The underripe green peppers have a mild slightly bitter taste with a mild spicy kick, while the red have a rich sweet flavor with a higher spice. Best if grown in full sun and rich, moist, acidic well drained soils.
