The quinta is run by Jos Ferreira who renamed the quinta in honor of his late father, Francisco (aka Popa). This wine is made froma blend of 45% Touriga Franca, 30% Touriga National, 15% Tinta Roriz (aka Tempranillo), and 10% Tinto Co, grown on schist and harvested by hand. The grapes are partially destemmed and fermented in stainless steel, malolactic fermentation is not blocked. Ageing takes place
