Domaine Clavel, Coteaux du Languedoc, La Copa Santa 1999 Dessert plus pretty raspberry and violet1. 0cm La Copa Santa is made from grapes that are planned in the terroir of La Mjanelle: Syrah planted in 1982 and in 1987, Grenache in 1964 and in the better years a little Mourvdre planted in 1988. This blend is composed of older vine, low yielding, Syrah, together with small amounts of Grenache and Mourvedre.
