Udor recommends replacing the diaphragms after 500 hours. The kit includes two replacement Desmopan diaphragms (0903. 50), one accumulator diaphragm (0903. 08) and six replacement valve o rings (1101. 27). When replacing diaphragms follow all factory torque specifications. The accumulator diaphragm should be set to 20% of operating pressure. Replacing diaphragms will require
