It's a blend of column distilled rums aged 9 to 12 years in American oak, with small quantities of solera aged rum mixed in that can run up to 50 years old, all bottled at 40% ABV without any added sugar, a genuine point of pride for a category where sweetening is common. The name honors Don Quixote, the literary hero
