It allows quick transfer of holster and accessories from thigh carry to other mounting locations. It includes a Quick Locking System QLS 22 Receiver Plate which is to be used with a holster that already has a QLS 19 Locking Fork attached. The DFA replaces the standard vertical leg strap and raises the height of the system
