Each grape variety is pressed separately and fortified with Pisco distilled from the same grape before fermentation begins, preserving the grape? s natural sweetness and characteristics. It is then rested for two years in inert vessels, then blended together to become Barsol Perfecto Amor. Made from 100% Pisco grapes.
