They entered the Class C South Texas League as the circuit's only out of state franchise, playing home games at Athletic Field and finishing dead last at 30 94 under a rotation of three managers (Denny Lyons, Ed Switzer, and Dick Latham). The South Texas League folded after that 1906 season, and the Creoles moved on to the
