Nicolas Rossignol, Volnay, Cailleret 1er Cru 2009 Sancerre which gives way to cherry92 CellarTracker Think round, dark red black cherry, dense, well made, and surrounded by deep leafy forest and moist earth. A mellifluous Volnay, and one that can be enjoyed now with 1 to 2 hours of the decanting. As the tannins wore off, the deep dark color yielded a slightly limited dimension of deep full Volnay typicity what so many love. A very different experience than a 20 year old DAngervile, but a rich one albeit with less delineation and
