Circa 1940s 1950s, the blue little display piece has sweet decals on the front and the back. While the hand cranks still turns, due to its age the toy is sold for display only. Fresh from a Paris antique shop, the metal toy measures approximately 4 3 4" wide x 5 1 2" tall x 2 34" deep. In good vintage condition with surface rust and finish loss. Great
