African which began between the 1960s8. 5x6. 25", diecut cooking chart with movable wheel changing ingredients, heat, time, etc. Lisbon: Brinde das Companhias Reunidas Gaz e Electricidade, c. 1930's. Only those with 20 20 vision or better could possibly read these recipes without a magnifying glass, but from squinting, it looks like one side is savory dishes, and the other sweet. A lovely chart with Portuguese classics (probably).
